As for the brothers location, I do not remember whether it was marked but he is in one of the underground prison cells, it is a lone cell at the end of a short corridor. To reach the prison you have to get yourself captured by NAR, to do this just get your self killed by a NAR troops (A really poorly implemented mechanic, I would never have worked that out in a million years without looking it up). As for the safe encounter, I am sure you would remember if you had done it, it is a pretty unique encounter.ģ - I am not sure if you mean that you have not found the brother at the prison, or you have not found the prison yet. There are a number of different '?' random encounters that occur here so chances are you have probably visited the location at some point. Rescue Locksmith from NAR (There is a random encounter where he is being accosted by 2 NAR).I had no idea I could get some new gear outta this. Maybe its dependent on a choice? Please assist.
What do I need to find this brother of his? Is it the one that got killed off by NAR? I think I read that in some notes. I'm at day 30 or something, and im staring at locksmith right now.
